our In order to improve and enjoy your tennis even more, you need to work on your technique and physical strength.
For that reason, GoTennis is launching a 5 week FITNESS and URBAN TENNIS program starting November 1st!
We will have fitness trainings at lunchtimes in the parks AND in the evenings you can join tennis lessons in a cool city environment! Each week will target different muscle groups and tennis elements helping you to stay fit & enjoy the game even more.
Whether you are already a tennis player or a beginner just starting to play, YOU ARE WELCOME!
PLUS our program will end with a fun TENNIS TOURNAMENT on December 8th!
